Wife's Step Sister, reviewed: Jesse moves in with the newlyweds

Wife's Step Sister: the premise in our words

Jake has just married Sabrina. Her stepsister Jesse, who has always been very close to her, moves in with them for a while.

Told from Jake's point of view, the tension builds as he keeps finding reasons to be near Jesse, and Jesse keeps teasing him back without quite committing.

Free parts: the guest room

The free pair covers the move-in and the first signs that Jake's attention is drifting.

Locked parts: closer than family

Parts 3 to 5 follow the teasing to where the Spicy shelf usually goes, with Sabrina always somewhere in the house.

Streaming Wife's Step Sister: devices, captions, sign-in

To watch Wife's Step Sister you only need a browser pointed at candy.ai. A phone gives the full-screen portrait picture the series was made for, a laptop shows it framed by empty space, and adding the site to your home screen gives you an app-like icon.

Seven caption tracks are available from the player menu: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese, and you can switch between them without restarting the part.

First visit? Create the account, then open Candy Shorts: the Spicy badge shows on the poster once you are signed in, and the opening parts start without asking for tokens. One login covers every device, so a series begun on the phone continues on the laptop at the same part.

Before you press play on Wife's Step Sister

1. Register before you go looking: while you are logged out, Spicy titles such as this one are simply missing from the library.
2. Budget for 30 tokens per locked part. The 100 tokens that come with a Premium month stretch to 3 of them.
3. Pick the caption language inside the player before the dialogue starts.
4. Treat any "leak" or "full video" link with suspicion: our notes on leaked copies and full episodes explain why they never contain the real parts.
5. The card statement will say EverAI, the Maltese company behind Candy AI; the legit or not page covers billing and cancelling.
